BIGGEST CHOOSER 2023 WEEK THREE

Welcome to week three of the Biggest Chooser competition where weight is lost and minds are … also lost! Here are three instant observations:

Team Turquoise widens their lead

Holy diet plan Batman! Captain Janice and her crew weighed in at an impressive 3.35% points in overall weight loss. The team was led by the Biggest Chooser of the Week, Dana Primiano, who clocked in at 3.59% points of body weight lost.

Phillip William’s Black Attack remained in second at 2.69%. Keep an eye on Geraldine Walker’s Red Wave as they improved to 2.18% points and are in third.

Nutrition, Nutrition, Nutrition

Eating, of course, is a massive part of this process (along with exercise). Knowing what to eat and when is job one. But what about restaurants? Be aware of where you dine, for example, Custard’s Last Stand might be delicious, but dangerous. H Wok Around the Clock might be too tempting for a late-night binge. Watch out for the Lord of the Fries (too greasy and primeval). The Nim Com Soup shop might leave you dazed.

Liquids are Important too

As we watch what we eat, be careful about the liquids we ingest. Case in point: A car mechanic got thirsty and took a sip of brake fluid. Wow, not bad he thought. The next day he had a little more and after a few weeks he was drinking bottles of the stuff. A worried friend confronted him and said, “That stuff is toxic, I wouldn’t drink it.” The mechanic replied, don’t worry, it’s easy for me to stop.”

(Note: this is a joke do not drink brake fluid)
