Three Hour Party Package
Member Pricing: $275
Non-Member Pricing: $350
A credit card is required to reserve your party and full payment is due at the time of booking.
If you must cancel Two weeks PRIOR to your party, a refund will be given MINUS a cancellation fee of $25.00; if cancelled WITHIN two weeks of your party, a refund will be given MINUS a cancellation fee of $50.00.
In the event that unfavorable weather conditions occur during an outdoor pool party, the party may be permanently relocated to the indoor pool area. All parties are subject to the pool’s inclement weather policy – should pool closure be necessary after the first hour of your party, rescheduling will be permitted based on available dates/times. For parties occurring Monday through Friday, relocation will not be guaranteed due to swim lessons, Parent’s Night Out and swim team practice (both of which occupy the indoor pool).
Parties will not exceed 40 participants per party. All adults, siblings, or children that attend the party, (if they swim or not) will be counted towards your total head count, regardless of age or membership status, and will be required to wear a wristband.
Along with wearing a wristband, all adult non-members attending the party will be required to enter through the main entrance and check in at the front desk upon entry. Also, all non-member attendees will be required to leave within 15 minutes of your party ending. Each individual non-member violating this timeframe will be assessed a $10 guest fee charged to the “contract holder’s” account or credit card on file. As the “contract holder”, you will be responsible for all non-members attending your party.
Please do not forget the following: Granite Falls management reserves the right to inspect and control all parties on our premises. The contract holder will be responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the actions of any party attendees. This includes (but is not limited to) loss or damage to the building, equipment, furniture or fixtures. Granite Falls will not be held responsible for articles lost, stolen or forgotten during the party. ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS OF ANY TYPE, ALCOHOL, CROCKPOTS OR PINATAS (or GOODIE GUSHERS) ARE PERMITTED ON EITHER POOL DECKS.
