THREE OBSERVATIONS FROM WEEK TWO 

The competition is out of the gate and teams are jockeying for position. Everyone better keep an eye on Turquoise. Coach Janice has them front running and looking strong on the heels of last year’s victory. Let’s look at our observations.

The competition is tightly bunched

While Turquoise has taken the early lead at 2.56% body weight lost, just.64% separates the next six teams.  Second place Yellow (Marisa), third place Black (Phillip) and fourth place Red (Geraldine) are just .23 percentage points apart. All other teams are certainly within striking distance.

Outside sources can be a distraction

One coach solicited the help of an “expert” in order to help the team compete safely. “Remember,” the expert advised, “the more you weigh the harder you are to kidnap. Stay safe – eat cake.” The expert was summarily dismissed.

The coaching has gone next level

Another coach was observed motivating their team. “You won’t gain a pound if you swallow your pride,” she insisted. Fair point and a winning mindset to take into the weekly battle. Stay frosty everyone and see you next week.
