Hello everyone! I’m eager to start helping members reach their goals and potential. I love powerlifting and doing heavy lifts, I know that can intimidate a lot of people, but I truly believe that it can be for everyone with the proper trainer! I also think stretching is a very important piece of your healthy lifestyle. I will be teaching a stretching class as well as offering personal training sessions that are centered around stretching and functional movement.
