Youth Training – Speed & Agility

Whether preparing for a sport or a goal of gaining overall strength and speed your child will gain an appreciation for exercise and improve overall conditioning.The hour long training sessions will include a mix of speed, agility, core, and low weight strength training. We will be working on total body strength using resistance bands, medicine balls, agility ladders, TRX, battle ropes, hurdles and more. In a fun and engaging environment we will use these exercises to improve reaction time, speed, and direction change with the hopes that with an increase in strength there will be a decrease in injuries. We will work together to help increase the overall confidence your child has on the field, court or simply on the playground!

• 60 Minute Sessions x 8 Weeks
• Fridays at 5 pm in the Fitness Studio
• Ages 8-16
