Tax Information

Need statements or invoices for tax reimbursement or deduction purposes? Please read below to find out how you can access all of your information through Online Services.

  • Log into your account HERE (please note- only the main member on the account can see statements and transactions.)
  • Go to My Account & Purchase Series Sales (black button)
  • Use the right arrow to go to the second set of options
  • Click Statements. You will see PDFs of all of your monthly membership fees (for those who are members), including dues and KidZone draft
  • If you need payments for any programs, camps, etc., click on Transaction Listing instead of Statements
  • On date quick pick, choose the option for which timeframe you want to see transactions or choose specific dates in the from/to section (whole year might be good for tax purposes but remember you may have paid the year before for camps attended in the current year)
  • Choose yes for Include Sub Members
  • Hit submit
  • You’ll see a list of all transactions during the timeframe you chose.  In the Invoice Number column, click on the light blue invoice number of the one you want to view
  • Click print preview (you may have to allow pop ups) or the printer icon.  (NOTE- Our Tax ID number is 20-8397980)
