A Personalized Stretching Experience with Ryan Karpinski!

Are you tight and sore from either work or exercise, then book a session and check out our new one-on-one personal stretching experience.

The initial 30-minute assesment will consist of 15 minutes talking about problem areas, injuries, fitness experience, and what you are looking to gain from ongoing personal stretching sessions. The last 1/2 of the first session will be spent discovering what areas are truly tight. Subsequent sessions will be tailored to work on what was found in the initial assesment.
