The Granite Falls Online Personal Training program has two different options: a 3 day or 4 day per week custom workout plan. No matter how many days a week you choose, each come with a personalized spreadsheet that will be updated weekly with exercises, sets, reps, weights and goals. This workout program will be sent to you weekly on the morning of your choosing. You will have the opportunity to text Ryan with questions or concerns, as well as participate in a monthly check-in phone call. These monthly phone check-ins will cover progress, and goals moving forward. It will also be recommended to submit self-taken video for review so Ryan can critique form and offer advice.
Online Personal Training will provide guidance from an experienced trainer, with the ability to control when and where you want to workout. This program also has the ability to transfer to in-person training sessions if you feel you’d benefit from a more “hands on” training experience.
