New Group Fitness Classes for August!

Ultimate Abdominals with Aubrey

Are you ready to engage your core and strength of your internal and external abdominals? This class focuses on specific movements that counteract each other in order to maximize your 30-minute core intensive workout. This class is for all fitness ability levels. Ask your instructor for specific modifications if needed.

Butts -n- Guts with Nidia

A class dedicated to toning and strengthening your abs, gluts, legs, and lower back using weights and body resistance.

Body Blast with Tammy

A mix of cardio, strength, balance, core and stretch. This class uses various equipment and body weight. All levels of fitness welcome.
