New Free Group Fitness Classes for February

Monday nights are changing. HIIT extreme starts at 6:15 pm for 30 minutes with Geraldine, followed by Boot Camp at 6:45 pm and then Core Strength at 7:30 pm with Carol.

On alternating Wednesday nights check out Power Strength with Hannah at 6:20 pm.

Early Fitness on Wednesdays at 4 pm with Josh is also a new offering for children.

Teen Athletics moves to Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 pm with Geraldine.

HIIT EXTREME (Mondays @ 6:15 pm with Geraldine)

30-minute high intensity interval training consisting of short intermittent bouts of high intensity cardiac exercises that involve acceleration, deceleration and stabilization of your entire body, followed by less intense recovery periods. This will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems, igniting your metabolism to burn calories. Take your body to the EXTREME.

CORE STRENGTH (Mondays @7:30 pm with Carol)

Improve your posture and build core muscle groups through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles while increasing your flexibility. Work with a variety of equipment including Bosu, large balls, magic circles, weights, bands and more.

POWER STRENGTH (Alternate Wednesdays @ 6:20 pm with Hannah)

Power strength will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout in a motivating atmosphere. Using barbells, weight plates and body weight, Power strength combines squats, lunges, presses and curls with functional integrated exercises. Movements are choreographed with dynamic music and will get your heart rate up, make you sweat and push you to a personal best. Suitable for all fitness levels.

EARLY FITNESS (Wednesday 4-4:30 pm ages 4-7 years and 4:30-5 pm ages 8-11 with Josh)

Games and exercises for balance, developing movement patterns and co-ordination to build a foundation for future athletic performance.
