Couch to 5K

The time is now! Let’s set a goal and accomplish it together!

We are going from the couch to crushing a 5K! It’s easy. All it takes is 8 weeks, a little motivation, and the help from your friends at Granite Falls. 

This training program starts March 16th and runs through May 6th. The final goal is to compete in the Mother’s Day Classic 5K in Wake Forest on May 10th. 

The crew will be meeting on Mondays and/or Wednesdays at 5:30 pm to train together. The run sessions will last about 45 minutes. You decide if you want to run both days or just one.
