We are approaching the mid-point of our competition and our intrepid participants continue to impress. While the week four standings did not shift dramatically, several teams made significant progress and this truly is a top to bottom contest.

Our leaders remained the same this week with Janice’ Turquoise still in the lead at 4.27% points of total body weight lost. The Black team, led by four-time champion Phillip (note the correction) is second at 3.33 % points and in third is Geraldine’s Reds at 3.32 (a razor thin difference).

But the “leader board” does not tell the whole tale. Even though White (Heather) and Yellow (Denae) are 10^th and 9^th respectively, they are only 1.42 % points behind the leaders. One good week and it’s game on.

Finally, lurking directly behind the leaders are Royal Blue (Marisa) 3.09%, Orange (Sarah) 2.65%, Purple (Heather) 2.51%, Hot Pink (Geraldine) 2.47%, and Grey (Denae) at 2.19%.

Overall weight loss: 279.4 pounds with 43.4 pounds of that total coming this week. Fantastic job everyone and see you next week.
