Granite Falls offers Members and Non-Members the finest parties and celebrations!

We offer many different activities to make your party or celebration special. Let our staff help plan an unbelievable party that will be a huge hit with kids. Party packages range from 2-3hrs.

TERMS, CONDITIONS & GENERAL POLICIES

Thank you for choosing Granite Falls Swim and Athletic Club for your event!  The staff, along with the entire club, will help to make your party a great success!

GUEST POLICY:
Parties will not exceed 40 participants, with a max of 25 children (under 16) per party.  All adults, siblings, or children that attend the party, (if they swim or not) will be counted towards your total head count, regardless of age or membership status, and will be required to wear a wristband.

NON-MEMBER POLICY:
Along with wearing a wristband, all adult non-members attending the party will be required to enter through the main entrance and check in at the front desk upon entry.  Also, all non-member attendees will be required to leave within 15 minutes after your party has ended.   Each individual non-member violating this timeframe will be assessed a $15 guest fee charged to the “contract holder’s” account.  As the “contract holder”, you will be responsible for all non-members attending your party.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
If you must cancel or reschedule your party, a two-week minimum notice is required (rescheduling is dependent upon availability).  If cancelled within this timeframe, your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled date but must be scheduled within 3 months of the original party date.  All deposits are non-refundable and expire after 3 months of the original party date.  Remaining balance is required the date of your party.  Non-compliance of the rental agreement shall be just cause for dismissal from the facility or refusal of future use.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:
A minimum of $25 (for a 2 hour party) or $35 (for a 3 hour party) deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due the date of the party by cash, check or credit card.  All deposits are non-refundable.

By paying your deposit and booking your party, you’ve indicated that you’ve read and agreed to our Terms of Use.

GENERAL POLICY:
Granite Falls management reserves the right to inspect and control all parties on our premises.  The contract holder will be responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the actions of any party attendees.  This includes (but is not limited to) loss to or damage to the building, equipment, furniture or fixtures.  Granite Falls will not be held responsible for articles lost, stolen or forgotten during the party.  ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS OF ANY TYPE, ALCOHOL, CROCKPOTS OR PINATAS (or GOODIE GUSHERS) ARE PERMITTED ON EITHER POOL DECKS.

WEATHER:
In the event that unfavorable weather conditions occur during an outdoor pool party, the party may be permanently relocated to the indoor pool area.  All parties are subject to the pool’s inclement weather policy – should pool closure be necessary after the first hour of your party, no refund or rescheduling will be permitted.

REMINDERS:
Please do not forget the following:
utensils, paper products, serving utensils, candles, matches/lighter and table coverings/decorations
NO PINATAS (or GOODIE GUSHERS), GLASS, CROCKPOTS, OR ALCOHOL ARE PERMITED
